Users of the OperateEdge platform are experiencing difficulties in navigating its various modules, such as the Learning Center, Transition Management, and Incident Management. These challenges include accessing relevant information and utilizing the platform's features effectively,efficient feature utilization.

The feature was hard to use because it had too many confusing parts. People had trouble finding things and understanding how to use the comment feature, which made it harder for new users to use. Also, the app wasn't very easy to use because it didn't let people personalise things or use widgets.

The OperateEdge platform's existing design system is fragmented and outdated, resulting in significant usability issues. Users struggle with navigation and accessing essential information due to inconsistent design patterns, lack of uniformity in interface elements, and unclear visual hierarchies. These challenges increase cognitive load, cause user frustration, and reduce overall productivity, undermining the platform's effectiveness and user satisfaction.
